15-Day Return Policy: You have a 15-day window from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return. To qualify, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

To start the return process, please contact us at help@elegantalpha.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send the package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items promptly. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and take appropriate measures to rectify it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have concerns about a specific item, please contact us for clarification.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges: For a swift exchange process, return the item you have, and upon acceptance of the return, make a separate purchase for the desired item.

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund, minus the return shipping fee (excluding damaged or faulty items), will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to finalize the refund.

In cases where returns are initiated by customers for reasons unrelated to faulty items within 15 days, the original shipping fees, return shipping costs, and associated expenses may not be refunded. The refunded amount will be adjusted to account for the shipping cost deduction.
